Fabric : 100% cotton twill, 60% of which is recycled, 265 g/m²
Origin : Woven in France at CALVET, in Castres in the south of France. Badge embroidered in the Gard region.
André Calvet has been a family-owned fabric manufacturer since 1950. Originally, it was known nationwide for its specialty: Scottish wool-polyester yarn. Today, the workshop has modernized and expanded with new offerings, while maintaining its core values of quality and expertise.
Advantages : The material of our Navy Jacket and its manufacture are entirely Made in France. We selected this twill for its strength, flexibility and ease of maintenance.
Interview :
- The Navy Jacket develops a patina over time and becomes more beautiful with use.
- Machine wash at 30°C maximum. Wash inside out to protect the fabric over time.
- The spin cycle in the washing machine should not exceed 600 revolutions per minute to avoid white marks on the color.
- Ideally, you should air dry your jacket immediately after washing. Do not tumble dry.
- Iron at medium temperature (150°C), always with steam to moisten the fiber.
- You can limit washing by airing it on a hanger outside; the Navy Jacket is not a piece that should be worn next to the skin. The material will last longer if you space out washes.
